Our watches are of an exceptionally high quality standard and we are immensely proud of them, but we appreciate that there may inevitably be times when you might want to return items that you have purchased from us for refund or exchange. If your purchase is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations of June 2014; essentially a revised version of the previous Distance Selling Regulations, then we will refund in full the price of your purchase. Please contact us in writing to confirm that you will be returning the goods. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
The item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they arrived with you. Refunds cannot be given for item(s) customised to your specification; e.g. continuous bracelets on the early ladies’watches that have been cut and re-soldered to fit, and watch cases that have been engraved for the customer.
You are responsible for the safe return of the item(s). We would recommend for your own protection that within the UK, you return the item(s) using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The buyer will be responsible for paying the cost of returning items. We cannot accept any responsibility for returned items that have been lost in transit on their way back to us.
